Rise and Shine Bakery Rise and Shine Bakery is a social enterprise bakery and workforce training program. Rise and Shine Bakery provides workforce training and jobs in the bakery industry for people with employment barriers, and serves a mixed demographic that includes individuals experiencing homelessness, veterans, those in addiction recovery, people formerly incarcerated, youth aging out of foster care, single moms living in poverty and survivors of domestic violence.
