Sun Lake Village Docks LLC

Sun Lake Village Docks LLC Sun Lake Village Recreation Association (SLVRA) ,a non-profit social organization (501c7) was created for all homeowners having a common interested in enjoying activities on Lake Winnisquam. All homeowners living on Sun Lake Drive are members of SLVRA. Some of the activities associated with SLVRA are swimming, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, and socializing. SLVD was created to manage the waterfront area that is being created on the leased state land. Eleven members from SLVRA constitute the membership of SLVD. The waterfront area includes a common dock, a swimming area, and docks with boat slips for use by members.
