SOCIETY OF ST VINCENT DE PAUL DISTRICT COUNCIL OF RICHMOND A network of friends, inspired by Gospel values, growing in holiness and building a more just world through personal relationships with and service to those in need. The Council develops new Conferences, supports existing Conferences, promotes new programs across the Diocese, Vincentian development of members, promotes cooperation with other organizations, develops friendship between members, and is the primary communication vehicle between Conferences and higher Councils. The Council operates a thrift store to provide funds for the mission.
