Black Womens Player Collective Inc A The Corporation is organized and operated for the following charitable purpose within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended the Code or corresponding provisions of any future federal tax laws: I to elevate the image value and representation of black women as athletes and leaders in business industry and public and private institutions; 2 to provide direct access to soccer at every level to underrepresented minorities in the women's game through education mentorship and community development; and 3 to conduct any lawful activities which may be necessary desirable or valuable in accomplishing the foregoing purposes either alone or together with other organizations and individuals having similar purposes. B The Corporation is not formed to engage in any activity or for any purpose requiring consent or approval of any state official department board agency or other body.
