ARIZONA POODLE RESCUE INC The corporation is organized exclusively to foster the prevention of cruelty to animals and primarily to conduct activities that help to prevent cruelty to animals or to support and develop activities that prevent cruelty to animals, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
