Utah Quarter Horse Association Inc The Utah Quarter Horse Association, Inc. (the "Association), is a Utah non-profit corporation dedicated to promoting, preserving and fostering awareness in, and enjoyment of, the American Quarter Horse. In doing so, the Association seeks to provide wide availability for these opportunities and experiences to members of the general public who share these common desires and goals, through allowing membership in the Association. Opportunity for membership is open to the general public, without regard to race, religion, gender or national origin.The Association is affiliated with the American Quarter Horse Association ("AQHA"). Through that affiliation, members of the Association, and their American Quarter Horses participate in many AQHA events, such as the showing of horses, Versatility Ranch, and riding programs. In addition, many members enjoy other activities with their Quarter Horses, such as: roping. cutting, trail riding, ranching, hunting and the like.The Association also sponsors
