MORENCI LIONS FOUNDATION INC The primary exempt purpose of the Morenci Lions Foundation Inc is to receive charitable donations and to organize and hold fundraising activities thereby establishing a fund from which monies shall be distributed for charitable purposes. These monies will be mainly directed to the Moreni Lions Club, a Section 501(c)4 corporation, to support the conduct of their charitable programs including, but not limited to, the Lions Eyeglass Assistance and Sight Conservation Program, providing meals to families in need in Greenlee County, AZ during the holiday season, and providing scholarships to high school seniors in Greenlee County, AZ who are continuing their education in a college, university, or trade school.
