Fusion Industry Association The Fusion Industry Association (FIA) is the unified voice of the growing fusion industry. Fusion energy, when commercialized, will revolutionize the global energy system by providing a clean, safe, sustainable form of always-on energy. The FIA's members and affiliate members have the common business interest of accelerating the date of commercial fusion energy, and - once commercialized - increasing its use in the U.S. and global marketplace. The FIA seeks to accelerate this date of commercialization through direct engagement with governments and the public to educate and advocate for fusion. All activities of the organization work to support these goals.
