Gamma Pi Zeta House Corporation Inc The purposes for which the organization was formed include procuring financing leasing maintaining and managing real estate and personal property and furnishings for the use of the Gamma Pi Zeta the "chapter" of the Lambda Chi Fraternity International Fraternity a non-profit corporation exempt from federal income taxation under Code Section 501 7. The Applicant will collect fees from the Chapter and Chapter members which in turn will be used toward the payment of house operating expenses including insurance real estate taxes certain maintenance costs repairs and capital improvements. These activities take approximately 100% of the Applicants time. These activities will be conducted by volunteers of the organization
