CALIFORNIA WASTE HAULERS COUNCIL (A)To promote the general welfare and business interests of its members;(B)To promote high standards of ethical business practice;(C)To encourage the highest standards of ethical business practices among its members in the public interest;(D)To work for the benefit and fostering of goodwill for the members of the solid waste management industry throughout the State of California;(E)To afford to all agencies of government on the federal, state, county and city levels a means of cooperation and coordinated effort to the end that the public shall be given the most efficient and economic standard of solid waste handling; and,(F)To foster and further the American principle of free enterprise and competition.
