EXPLORADOOR INC Exploradoors mission is to connect Central Indiana teens from marginalized communities to career and skill development opportunities and experiences. We are hyper-focused on increasing black, brown and low-income teen engagement with opportunities that prepare and inspire them on their journeys to and through their postsecondary education careers. Our Exploradoor.com platform and dedicated outreach work together to expand youth program use by communities of color and low-income households. Our service also strengthens and extends the organizational capacity of partnering youth organizations by reducing or supplementing the organizational resources needed for recruitment and marketing at a nominal annual cost, making our service and collaboration a sustainable solution.
