DESTRESS THE COMMUNITY we had online yoga events, meditations and a few speaking engagements. We went and visited a few parks as well this past year. We did a few online vision workshops and one in person. We did free zoom yoga classes to get the community involved. We did a few facebook fundraisers to raise money and educational awareness on educating and advocating for individuals to destress. That is where the $100 came from.
