Latino Leadership Institute By 2050, Latinos will comprise nearly 30 of the US population. Today and in the future, the demographic destiny of the U.S. will be characterized by the growing Latino population. In fact, Latinos have an impact in all aspects of life. We advance Latinos to positions of influence and power through cross-sector leadership development, entrepreneurship support and the activation of our national Latino professional network.
