The Hur Foundation The Hur Foundation aims to combat poverty in vulnerable populations especially destitute children in underserved communities in Cameroon and reduce inequality. We do this by partnering with individuals families businesses local churches schools and other local agencies to provide access to income-generating initiatives shelter food education vocational training healthcare and other services that protect vulnerable populations from the impact of poverty. Providing these services ensures that these individuals can have access to quality opportunities and improve their chances of breaking the cycle of poverty escape from trafficking HIV AIDS forced marriages and more.
