UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE ACTION INC Mission; Tax-Exempt Status. The nature of the activities to be conducted or thepurposes of the Corporation are to engage in any lawful act or activity permitted under the Act to promote social welfare within the meaning of 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as the same may be amended and in force from time to time (the Code), and including more particularly, to fight for quality, affordable, and equitable health care for everybody in Connecticut.
