EO Teaching Incubators Inc EO Teaching Incubators Inc is a nonprofit organization organized and operated solely for charitable, educational and scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501I3 of the Internal Revenue Code. The Organization's mission is to engage in charitable, educational and scientific activities in support of technology startups and the technology startup ecosystem primarily involving Ukraine, but also extending to other Eastern European and former Soviet bloc countries, and such other countries as the Organization may from time to time determine will benefit from support of technology startups and the technology startup ecosystem, including the operation of incubators and training programs for technologists, researchers and entrepreneurs.
