FORTALEZA INC FORTALEZA IS AN ADVOCACY GROUP WORKING TO ENSURE EDUCATIONAL EQUALITY FOR LATINO STUDENTS GRADES K-12 IN THE LOWELL PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM.
