REVIVE ALASKA COMMUNITY SERVICES The specific purpose for which the corporation is organized is to be a faith-based organization serving our community by engaging in a broad range of strategies that promote health, education, and development, provide religious, charitable, and humanitarian services and to also engage in activities which are necessary, suitable or convenient for the accomplishment of that purpose, or which are incidental thereto or connected therewith which are consistent with Section 501 (c (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and religious purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or to any corresponding provision of any future federal tax law.
