Social Creatures Inc Social Creatures is a social innovation nonprofit addressing the public-health crisis of loneliness and social isolation. Our mission is to advance social health - the aspect of well-being that comes from our relationships, connections, and sense of belonging - as a vital pillar of overall health. Through our three core strategies - innovate, educate, and advocate - we transform scientific evidence and community wisdom into solutions that strengthen connection, reduce loneliness, and improve mental and physical health outcomes. We co-create programs with communities most affected by social disconnection, including people impacted by disability, caregiving, low income, immigration barriers, and social or cultural exclusion. Together, we're building a future where social health is recognized, resourced, and integrated across healthcare, policy, and community systems, so that no one is left out of the connections that sustain or restore well-being.
