WILDERNESS ADVENTURES FOR KIDS EVERYWHERE INC Wilderness Adventures for Kids Everywhere, Inc. (W.A.K.E., Inc.) is a nonprofit organization providing mentoring and outdoor experience programs for youth in grades K-12, with an emphasis on youth in grades 5-8. The organization will work in partnership with school districts and other youth serving agencies. W.A.K.E., Inc.'s goal is to foster a commitment to young people that will promote pro-social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, resiliency, and self-awareness while developing outdoor sportsman skills. This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
