PUSH MINISTRY INCORPORATED WelcomePUSH Ministry is a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) dedicated to curing housing instability. We preserve affordable housing through the rehabilitation and new development of net-zero, affordable, multi-family, and single-family housing solutions in Metro Atlanta Qualified Opportunity Zones. We are committed to creating vibrant and sustainable communities through our A.R.C.H. (Acquire, Renovate, Community Housing) Initiative. Our mission is to provide access and opportunity to affordable housing and assist families in becoming self-sufficient. ​ We partner with local governments, housing providers, and philanthropic organizations to create and maintain affordable housing units. We strive to ensure that each property we preserve and build is safe, and affordable. ​ At PUSH Ministry, we believe that everyone deserves access to safe and affordable housing, and we are committed to providing the support and resources needed to achieve this goal. We strive to create communities where individuals, families, and communities can thrive and flourish. Affordable Housing PreservationWith our A.R.C.H. Initiative, we build and renovate real property with a focus on affordability. These units are designed to provide safe, secure and high quality housing to those who would otherwise not be able to afford it. Supportive ServicesPUSH connects with many organizations and non-profits in the Metro Atlanta region to provide supportive services to those who are living in our communities. These services include, financial literacy training, family counseling and food distribution. Home RehabilitationThe PUSH Ministry HOME Rehabilitation Program in partnership with Georgia DCA and HUD offers grants for renovation services to low-income individuals to assist them with repairs needed to their homes. These grants are used to repair potentially life-threatening hazards that can be found in older homes. Environmental BeautificationPUSH works to create vibrant neighborhoods in which our rental developments are located, making sure that the units are accessible to all members of the community, and aesthetically pleasing. Community AffordablilityWe work with business partners to understand the importance of keeping the cost of living affordable for residents in the communities where we develop housing.
