OTEM COLLECTIVE INC Otem Collective Inc. strengthens families and communities to care for vulnerable children. In East Africa, we work to combat family separation. We have family strengthening initiatives that work to holistically support and strengthen families so they can care for their children. We also provide technical support and coaching to orphanages and residential care organizations as they transition their models of care to family-based care and work to get children safely back into families.
