AKHAL-TEKE FOUNDATION The purpose for which the Corporation is formed is exclusively for the preservation and promotion of the Akhal-Teke rare breed of horses, and education and research about the history, current status of the breed, the qualities of these horses, their appropriate welfare, care, and activities, and other similar nonprofitable purposes, as contemplated by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
