VILLE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION - ST LOUIS Our mission is to inspire education, offer family and youth support opportunities which includes affordable housing initiatives within the St. Louis Ville Community. We strive to create a community environment committed to enriching the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the Ville residents inclusive of youth, adults and senior citizens on a non-discriminatory basis.
