HOMELESS EMPOWERMENT ACTION TEAM Said corporation is organized exclusively for charitable religious educational and scientific purposes including for such purposes the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 c3 of the internal revenue code or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code and herein stated as follows: The purposes for which the Corporation is organized is to unify churches service providers and the City of Denison in an effort to address and support the physical mental emotional and spiritual needs of those suffering homelessness with love and compassion. The Corporation intends to work in partnership with other social service organizations and churches embrace and coordinate with Denisons revitalization plan and growth respect diversity individual needs beliefs and values be fiscally responsible to our donors involve volunteers in fulfilling our vision and base our activities on the foundations of Biblical teachin
