RISE UP COMMUNITY FARM Cultivate: At Rise Up Community Farm, we cultivate land and community as we grow healthy food together. Educate: We teach farming and gardening skills to youth, volunteers, and families. Nourish: We nourish our neighbors experiencing food insecurity in our community by providing fresh and seasonal produce to local food pantries. Empower: We invest in our local youth by providing them with hands-on job experience in agriculture and valuable leadership skills.
