BOULDER COUNCIL FOR INTERNATIONAL VISITORS INC Boulder Council for International Visitors is a volunteer organization that is a local host organization that arranges local meetings with professionals, politicians, educators, artists and social events for up-and-coming leaders from foreign countries selected as future leaders of their countries by the U.S. Department of State. The U.S. Department of State makes all arrangements and pays for all costs of the trips for these special people.
