Mountain State Congress of Optometry To receive and maintain funds and apply the income and principal thereof to promote the well-being of mankind; to use, as means to that end, education, publication, research, the establishment and maintenance of optometric activities, agencies, and institutions, and to the aid of any such activities, and to utilize any other means, persons or agencies which shall further the purposes set forth by the organization.
