TRANSFORM A STREET DOG Transform A Street Dog TFASD has been on the ground in Ukraine supporting independent animal rescuers and rescuing homeless animals since 2018. After the war began in February 2022 we switched gears and started to organize mass evacuations of animals to enable them to escape the war and be adopted. We support pet owners abandoned pets neglected shelter dogs and suffering street dogs in Ukraine that have all been affected by the senseless Russian aggression against Ukraine and its people.
