FAMILY PROMISE OF ESCAMBIA COUNTY The Mission of Family Promise of Escambia County is to help stabilize low-income families experiencing homelessness in Escambia County Florida with a community-based response. Through a collaborative effort with local faith-based organizations social service agencies and other community stakeholders our agency provides homeless families nightly lodging and other supportive wrap-around services to help them achieve sustainable independence.
