COMMUNITY CARE COLLECTIVE PO Box 926 Community Care Collective is a non-profit integrative health services organization. We provide services on an equity based model a sliding scale that starts at $0. No patients are turned away for lack of funds. We focus on underserved populations including veterans, those with housing and food insecurity, and LGBTQ+ individuals and families to fill gaps in standard healthcare systems as well as community health and food security. We also provide support and community groups as well as collaborate with other local organizations to support food sovereignty.
