HEAT HELPING ENCOURAGE ATHLETES OF TODAY Helping Encourage Athletes of Today is a nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes, specifically to help Sports Teams in need of financial assistance with keeping children invo!ved in sports to help cover the cost of team dews, coaches fees, travel expenses, uniforms and other expenses Involved in the sport of choice. We further our purposes under this program by conducting the following activities: We will be volun1eering at the American Airlines Center in Dallas TX. Helping run concessions stands that sell food, beverages and various other pre.ducts. We are also frying to get involved with the Dos Equis Pavilion at 1he Sta1e Fair of Texas to help run Concessions slands that sell food and beverages. We are also looking into getting into ATT Stadium in Arlington TX as well as The Ballpark in Arlington. In return the sports venues that we are imoived with will make monetary donations to our Non Profit. The donations will be split arnongst the volun
