IEP COLLABORATIVE INC IEP Collaborative Inc. IEPC seeks the opportunity for students with disabilities to reach their full potential by securing appropriate Special Education SpEd programming-one child at a time. Our services are free and include attorney-presented SpEd rights workshops SpEd legislative advocacy and legal services including legal clinics offering advice and counsel limited scope direct representation offering appearance at SpEd meetings and extended representation in legal proceedings on behalf of children with disabilities if determined necessary. We strive to ensure that our clients have access to appropriate and inclusive educational services. Those equipped with a legally informed approach are better able to secure appropriate IEP and Section 504 services and improve long-term outcomes and quality of life while cultivating stronger and more inclusive communities.
