FIRST TEAM 159 ALPINE ROBOTICS The primary exempt purpose of FIRST Team 159 Alpine Robotics is to provide financial support to FIRST Robotics team 159, a high school robotics team located at Poudre High School, consistent with our mission statement. The Mission of FIRST Team 159Alpine Robotics 501(c)(3) is to support the engagement of students in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) education by participating in FIRST(R) FRC level competition or other similar or related activity. The robotics team consists of approximately thirty students plus several teachers and adult mentors. The team works with engineer mentors to design and build a robot to compete in FIRST Robotics tournaments. This 501(c)(3) supports competition fees, robot parts and equipment, and travel support.
