Fresh Start Worx Inc Fresh Start Worx, Inc. FSW (formerly Fresh Start Pallet Products, Inc.), is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) organization in the state of Connecticut. FSWs mission is to support long-term employment for individuals with barriers to employment in the Hartford area, Connecticut who are seeking to improve their lives with a future in building high-quality custom products through FSWs Richard P. Garmany Fresh Start Academy program and FSWs social enterprise program.
