Facts Initiative

Facts Initiative The primary exempt purpose of The FACTS Initiative is to provide accessible community-based mental health care to disadvantaged individuals and families in the Charlotte North Carolina area. We are dedicated to promoting emotional and social well-being with a focus on serving vulnerable populations including children who have experienced abuse or neglect and families facing extreme hardship. Our work involves direct clinical services and collaborative partnerships with other local nonprofits to ensure that vital mental health resources are available to historically underserved communities thereby reducing stigma and fostering a healthier community.
