North Dakota Rural Electric Cooperatives North Dakota Rural Electric Cooperatives Foundation's exempt purpose is to advance the quality of life for people living in rural and frontier areas of North Dakota by providing education, research, and other tools to unincorporated associations, cooperatives, and nonprofit organizations which enable these organizations to provide essential services to rural people, especially the elderly, the poor, and the distressed, as well as Native Americans and other minority populations.
