Big Horn Basin Association Adolescent Programs The Association's primary exempt purpose is to provide the following:1. Short term and long term placements and interventions for youth who are experiencing difficulty in maintaining satisfactory relationships at home, school or in the community.2. A setting in which the resources of the community can be focused on the problems of the youth to produce positive changes.3. Therapeutic treatment for youth so that the goal of returning home or other permanent placement can be accomplished as soon as possible.4. Data for social services and legal agencies to aid in the solution of specific and general problems of youth.5. Diversion of juveniles from correctional programs and institutions.
