We are committed to changing the lives and improving the well-being of Spokane?s African American community in Spokane County, with a particular emphasis and focus on the East Central neighborhood by expanding educational, economic, and cultural opportunities with a focus on Equity, Racial, and Social Justice, Economic Development, Education and Advocacy, Environmental Resilience, and Cultural Enrichment.
