Urban League The Urban League of the Greater San Francisco Bay Area pursues a mission to enable African-Americans, other minorities and the underserved to secure economic self-reliance, parity, power, social equality and civil rights. The Organization carries out its mission at the local, state, and national levels through direct services, advocacy, research, policy analysis, community mobilization, collaboration and communications. A 501c organization, ULGSFBA is committed to being the premier social services, educational and technology training center in the Bay Area region.
