MORE THAN WALKING INCORPORATED This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of monetary and educational material distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. More Than Walking Incorporated's specific purpose is to provide therapeutic and peer mentor guidance to assist persons with spinal cord injuries to successfully reintegrate into their communities. To accomplish this, the Corporation will engage in the film production and distribution of independence skills demonstrations by spinal cord injured persons and rehabilitation therapists. The Corporation will also seek out partner organizations worldwide with which to collaborate in producing and distributing demonstration videos, disseminating information about local community resources, and offering other support to persons with spinal cord injuries.
