ADVANCEMENT OF CIVILIZATION EFFORT To acquire land and resources for a sustainable community and scientific research institute that will train residents, members and subscribers to access higher human potential and increase our ability as the human race to be able to more efficiently use the energy that is available to us from our home planet and star using the Kohlberg and Kardashev scales. It is also our goal to shepherd in artificial intelligence and the use of brain computer interfaces in a manner that is beneficial to humanity.
