Manatee Sheriffs Charity Inc The purpose and objectives of this organization shall be to maintain the highest levels of education professionalism and integrity; to help the public at large better understand the role and concerns of law enforcement and society: to maintain positive public relations between law enforcement personnel and the public: to conduct educational forums. workshops and other similar programs for the benefit and welfare of the public at large: to maintain a high level of ethical conduct on the part of all deputy sheriffs; to provide law enforcement with additional tools. equipment. training and resources to combat crime and promote public safety; to oversee the investment and administration of donations from persons corporations and other philanthropic organizations; to uphold the Constitution and laws of the United States of America as well as the laws of the State of Florida and Manatee County: and to do all things necessary or incidental to the foregoing.
