THE FELINE REFUGE The Feline Refuge was created to end the killing of FIV/FeLV positive cats through foster care, adoptions, and education. In May 2022 The Board of Directors made the decision to dissolve The Feline Refuge. Land owned was sold, and all cash has been distributed to other 501(c) 3 organizations.
