Data sourced from IRS 990 public filings
ECOSYSTEM MANAGEMENT RESEARCH INSTITUTE To serve the public interest by accomplishing natural resource ecosystem-based management, cumulative impact assessment, and biodiversity conservation at the landscape level. The programs and services provided include project planning and implementation assistance, research programs to support ecosystem and landscape-level solutions, diversified and targeted training solutions, and GIS analysis and mapping. Most land management agencies and organizations have recognized the need for using ecosystem-based approaches to help resolve resource management issues. Yet few organizations are in a position to concentrate their efforts on developing tools and methodologies that help apply these approaches in effective and efficient ways. EMRI is dedicated to developing practical application methodologies, addressing critical research questions, and effectively communicating results to professional and non-professional audiences.
