MID-ATLANTIC LUTHERANS IN MISSION INC Mid-Atlantic Lutherans in Mission, Inc. (MALIM) operates for the charitable purpose of promoting and financially supporting God's mission and ministry as carried out by: (i) the Southeastern District of The Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod (the "LCMS"); (ii) now existing and yet-to-be-formed LCMS congregations located in the states of Delaware, Maryland, North and South Carolina, the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia, and York and Lancaster Counties PA (collectively, the "Mid-Atlantic Region"); and (iii) mission projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
