CSA FOUNDATION INC

CSA FOUNDATION INC The purpose of this Foundation shall be to encourage and provide resources for flight instruction and training by providing soaring facilities and equipment for members on a non-profit basis, and to further the knowledge of aerodynamics, the principles and use of soaring, and safety of flight. The Foundation as part of its charitable purposes may also make distributions to other organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
