VENTURA COUNTY CIVIC ALLIANCE The Ventura County Civic Alliance is a unique regional collaborative representing a balanced mix of Economic, Environmental, and Social Equity perspectives. Our mission is to work together to promote a healthy and sustainable future for Ventura County.
