MPB FOUNDATION The MPB Foundation is organized exclusively to provide services and resources for the benefit of, to perform functions of, or to carry out the purposes of the Mississippi Authority for Educational Television, which does business as Mississippi Public Broadcasting (MPB), and is tax-exempt as a state agency created by the Mississippi Legislature. The MPB Foundation is formed to solicit, receive, invest, and expend privately donated, non-state appropriated funds for educational and charitable purposes related to support, promotion, development and growth of educational and public broadcasting in Mississippi.
