I didn't have any expectations walking in, I really didn't know what to expect. The day brought many surprises to me .. but most of all the biggest surprise was the amount of love, bonding, honesty, openness and sharing in the room! I feel like I walked away with more than they did. It provided a Touch of Home for many of the homeless who attended. Many were able to wash away the cares of the day. Kudos to Showering Love! Others were treated to hair cuts, some ate a hot delicious meal and others received clothing. It was a day of pampering and ministering God's love.
